Richmond Place Home Owner's Association

​

The Richmond Place Homeowners Association was established to preserve the quality of the community and protect the property values of its members. The association is governed by documents containing certain rules and regulations outlining how homes/lots are to be maintained and used. For example, the HOA manages and maintains the common interest portions of the community. The association collects assessments from all members to fund, including but not limited to, repairs, maintenance, utilities and improvements. The HOA is administered by elected Board members who regulate, manage and enforce the community By-laws and Restrictions. It is the Board’s responsibility to ensure the rules and regulations of the association are upheld at all times.

ASSOCIATION DUES are $120.00

Dues are payable annually on January 1st of each year.

Dues not received by January 15th are in violation of the restrictions and subject to late fee(s).

Please remember pets are not allowed to "run at large" in the community.  Refer to Item 14e of the restrictions for additional information.  Also, be aware of the State statutes in this regard. Link to statues provided below:
